Introduction The development of conduction system pacing (CSP) marks a significant advancement in cardiac pacing, offering a more physiological approach by directly stimulating the heart’s native conduction pathways (figure 1).1 In contrast, conventional right ventricular (RV) pacing can result in electrical dyssynchrony, and has been linked to adverse cardiac remodelling and pacing-induced cardiomyopathy over time.2 Figure 1.
